Ծրագիրը հաշիվ չի պահանջում և ձեր անունը, հեռախոսահամարը կամ էլ. հասցեն չի հավաքում։ Քննության արդյունքները և կարգավորումները մնում են ձեր սարքում։ Ինտերնետը պետք է գալիս միայն գնումների համար։ Այս տարբերակում գովազդ չկա։
Այս ամենը պահվում է ծրագրի ներսում (UserDefaults) և ոչ մի սերվեր չի ուղարկվում։ Ծրագիրը հեռացնելով՝ այս տվյալները ջնջվում են։ Եթե iCloud պահուստավորումը միացված է, կարգավորումներն ու պատմությունը կարող են ներառվել ձեր սարքի iCloud պահուստում՝ Apple-ի պայմաններով։
Ծրագիրը գովազդ չի ցուցադրում։ Ոչ մի գովազդային SDK չի գործարկվում, գովազդային նույնականացուցիչը (IDFA) չի կարդացվում, և ոչ մի տվյալ գովազդային նպատակով չի հավաքվում ու երրորդ կողմի չի փոխանցվում։
Հենց այդ պատճառով ծրագիրը չի ցույց տալիս ո՛չ Apple-ի հետագծման հարցումը (App Tracking Transparency), ո՛չ էլ գովազդի համաձայնության պատուհանը՝ ներառյալ ԵՏՏ-ում, ՄԹ-ում և Շվեյցարիայում։ Հետագծելու և համաձայնվելու բան չկա։
Եթե գովազդը հետագա տարբերակում վերականգնվի, այս էջը կթարմացվի մինչ այդ, և անհրաժեշտ թույլտվությունները կհարցվեն օրենքի պահանջով։
Ծրագրի ներսում կատարվող գնումների վճարումն ամբողջովին անցնում է Apple-ով (App Store / StoreKit)։ Ծրագիրը չի տեսնում և չի պահում ձեր քարտի տվյալները։ Apple-ից ծրագիրը ստանում է միայն այն, թե բաժանորդագրությունը կամ գնումն ակտիվ է, թե ոչ։ Բաժանորդագրությունները կառավարվում են ձեր Apple Account-ի կարգավորումներից։
Եթե դուք Apple-ի կարգավորումներում համաձայնել եք կիսվել ծրագրերի վերլուծությամբ, Apple-ը ծրագրի հեղինակին կարող է տրամադրել խափանումների (crash) և արագագործության (performance) ամփոփ հաշվետվություններ։ Դրանք չեն կապվում ձեր ինքնության հետ և հասանելի են միայն ամփոփ տեսքով։
Ծրագիրը նախատեսված չէ 13 տարեկանից փոքր երեխաների համար և ուղղված չէ նրանց։ Բովանդակությունը վարորդական իրավունքի քննության նախապատրաստումն է։
Ծրագրի հեղինակի սերվերում ձեր տվյալները չկան, ուստի ջնջելու հարցում ուղարկելու կարիք չկա՝ ծրագիրը սարքից հեռացնելը ջնջում է ամեն ինչ։ Գնումների պատմությունը պահվում է ձեր Apple Account-ում և կառավարվում է App Store-ից։ Հարցերի դեպքում գրեք՝ is.kareyan@gmail.com։

The app has no accounts and collects no name, phone number or email address. Exam results and settings stay on your device. The network is used only for purchases. This version shows no advertising.
All of it lives in the app's own UserDefaults and is never sent to a server. Deleting the app removes it. If iCloud Backup is enabled, settings and history may be included in your device backup under Apple's terms.
The app shows no advertising. No advertising SDK is started, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is never read, and no data is collected or passed to a third party for advertising purposes.
That is why the app shows neither Apple's tracking prompt (App Tracking Transparency) nor an advertising consent form, including in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. There is nothing to track and nothing to consent to.
If advertising returns in a future version, this page will be updated beforehand and the necessary permissions will be requested as the law requires.
Payment for any in-app purchase goes entirely through Apple (App Store / StoreKit). The app never sees or stores your card details; it receives only whether the subscription or purchase is active. Subscriptions are managed in your Apple Account settings.
If you have agreed to share app analytics in your Apple settings, Apple may provide the developer with aggregated crash and performance reports. These are not linked to your identity and are available only in aggregate form.
The app is not directed at children under 13. Its content is driving-licence exam preparation.
The developer holds no server-side data, so there is nothing to request the deletion of — deleting the app removes everything. Purchase history is held in your Apple Account and managed through the App Store. For questions, write to is.kareyan@gmail.com.
